Join us in congratulating Sheila Seuferer on 5 years of service with Marion County Bank!

Amanda Schwerdtfeger recognized Sheila's contributions to the team and dedication to serving the customer. 

"Sheila would rather me not highlight her in front of the staff today. That speaks to the humble approach she takes, mainly behind the scenes, in the Operations department. She genuinely cares about her customers. She has an eye for detail and that benefits both our customers and the bank. She also takes on the challenges that come with the many changes we've experienced. She's always willing to help out."  

Sheila responded with her appreciation.

"I feel blessed that God led me on the path to become a Marion County Bank employee. I am thankful for the opportunity to work with and help people at the bank and in the community."

Amanda and Kevin Bolt presented Sheila with flowers and a gift to recognize her years of service. The staff also celebrated with breakfast.
